Since 1980, Dr. Borzilleri has provided expert economic testimony in courts of law on a wide variety of topics.  His deposition has been taken in more than 1,600 cases and he has provided live trial testimony in more than 900 cases.  Throughout this time, Dr. Borzilleri has continually refined his estimating methods in order to minimize possible areas of contention.    On the stand, Dr. Borzilleri tailors his methods of presentation to ensure that juries receive a clear, "plain English", understanding of the economic issues and damages involved in the case.
